CAR403D — Earn Job Readiness Program
Placement of clients into employment is the primary goal of the program. LCCC provides a comprehensive job seatch workshop curriculum assessment, world-of-work training, career exploration and job readiness activities. Individualized job development must be targeted at occupations appropriate to the needs of the participant and that are in demand in the local labor market. Supervised job search and assistance in finding job leads are essential components.
