CAR413 — Network Cabling Tech Prog
Participants will work on the C-Tech Certified Training program earning four industry-recognized certificates: Telecommunications Technician, Copper Cabling Technician, Leviton Certified Installer, and Fiber Optic Cabling Technician, giving them viable employability skills in the Low-Voltage Electrical Installation Industry which involves a variety of jobs in connectivity systems and telecommunication technologies. Participants will also take the WorkKeys skill assessment and based on their skill level they will be awarded either a gold, silver, or bronze "National Career Readiness Certificate," which is a nationally industry-recognized certificate. This certificate verifies that students have a certain level of competency for success in the workplace. Participants will use KeyTrain for WorkKeys Remediation in Math, Reading, and locating information as well as receiving instruction on specific soft skills necessary for successful employment such as teambuilding, customer service, conflict resolution, critical thinking and problem solving.
