This is an online class which is offered monthly. Teachers have the challenging task of helping their students understand historical and cultural perspectives on art and their impact on society.This course has been designed in the style of an online art exhibit by artist Paul Clement in order to assist teachers accomplish these goals while retaining student interest. It presents unique insights into Monet's own private views on art ; his thoughts about his beloved home at Giverny and his opinions about his contemporaries, Van Gogh and Gauguin. This multi-media course requires high speed internet. This course is not eligible for PA DOE Act 48 Professional Education credit.
