Journey Towards an Undivided Life: an Introductory Cirlce of Trust® RetreatA Kirkridge Retreat Center ProgramPresenter: Valerie Brown Those working in education, medicine, law, community service, organizational leadership, and others know the challenge of sustaining ourselves and our commitments to deeply held values and beliefs. The more passionate we are about our work, the more vital it is that we take time to renew our spirit – to reconnect with the wellspring of our service to others. Reflect alone and in groups, share stories from life's journeys, and gain insights from poetry, journaling, mindfulness meditation, music, and movement. Clearness committees will be offered to support discernment around difficult life or vocational issues. This course is presented in the format of a weekend retreat.The program begins Friday evening for dinner and runs through Sunday lunch. Retreat held at the Kirkridge Center located in Bangor, PA- All costs include registration, room (double occupancy dorm style rooms with common bath) and board.
