CAR581 — Transitional Phrases: Bridging
Through collegial conversation and presentations on plagiarism, developmental writing techniques, the research paper, rhetorical argument, College English expectations, literature reading lists, library skills, and Internet researching skills, this workshop seeks to bring teachers of highschool and college together to better prepare students for college writing. Both college and high school teachers will be presenting their ideas and strategies. Teachers from Lehigh, Carbon, and Schuylkill counties will be represented.
