This National Restaurant Association (NRA) sanitation course trains food service professionals in food safety. The course includes HACCP principles and is designed for industry professionals. Students will take the NRA certification exam during the last class. (ServSafe Coursebook with exam, 6th Edition is required and should be purchased in advance. Available at LCCC bookstore at Main Campus or ordered online at www.lccc.edu.) Field experience at your work site or elsewhere by approval of program coordinator.
