This one week program will expose youth to high priority occupations in the Lehigh Valley, winning characteristics that employers look for in employees, teambuilding, career pathway development, resume and cover letter writing, behavioral workstyles, and budgeting. Students will leave with a career portfolio, an elevator speech and ideas for their own personal career pathway.
