CAR632 — Nutrition
Prerequisite: Employment in institutional food service All aspects of nutrition through the life cycle, including nutrient functions, therapeutic diets, nutritional assessment, care planning, and patient education will be addressed. Included in this segment is 50 hours of hands-on field experience under the direction of a Registered Dietitian in an institutional food service setting, in addition to 49 hours of class time.
