Participants will learn about the main parts of agreements of sale, title searching, common title problems, what title insurance covers, closing costs, bring-downs, and recording at courthouse. Also powers of attorney, estates, life estates, 1031 Exchanges, bankruptcies, foreclosures & judgments will be covered as they relate to the purchase and/or sale of real estate.This class is especially beneficial to paralegals, settlement agents, loan processors, mortgage brokers and real estate para-professionals. New HUD-1 will be reviewed in detail.
