CAR911 — Using Yourself to Influ Change
In this course participants will improve their effectiveness in leading change in individuals, in teams, and in their organization through raising real issues and resolving them, understanding human behaviors, and over- coming resistance. Participants will engage in experiential exercises to enhance their learning.
