CAR917 — Renovators Lead Safety Trng
This one day workshop is designed to teach compliance with Renovation, Repair and Painting (RR&P) rule in Section 402(c)(3) of the Toxics Substance Control Act (TSCA). This new Federal Regulation is intended to protect children and adults alike during renovation, repair and painting projects in pre-1978 housing and in pre-1978 child-occupied facilities, such as daycare centers, where lead-based paint will be disturbed by the work. This act establishes requirements for training and certifying renovations; other renovation workers for renovation work practices; and for record keeping. This workshop will be held at the Green Energy Center , 1005 Brookside Rd., Allentown, PA 18106.
