CAR992 — Home Inspector
Train for a career in professional home inspections. Course will include overview of structures; house physics; electrical, heating and cooling; plumbing systems, basement water and radon gas problems; kitchens; interiors and exteriors. All classes are taught by experienced home inspectors who have performed thousands of real estate inspections. You will receive a technical back- ground in various building systems and inspection techniques to prepare you for the National Home Inspection Exam. No class 10/14 & 11/27.
