Participants will learn what competency-based HR Management systems are and why companies are moving in this direction. The pros and cons of competency-based job descriptions will be covered. Participants will see various competency models and receive a sample job description template. There will be small group practice using real job descriptions. Participants will be shown how companies use competency models to align for results.
