CMM912 — Restoration of English Grammar
Teachers practice grammar skills by working with phrases, commas, and semi-colons. Also teachers practice writing simple, compound, complex, and compound-complex sentences utilizing grammar skills. The course emphasizes the importance of students understanding grammatical usage in order to become effective writers. The course culminates with a class activity to create a teaching unit, which emphasizes a bottom-to-top approach in the teaching of writing.
