Prerequisite: A+ Operating Systems certification or equivalent experienceExplores the features of NetWare version 5 and contrasts these features to previous versions (3.x and 4.x). Students study Novell's Directory Services fundamentals and manage user accounts and the server's file system. NDS security is implemented by applying object and property rights. Lab assignments may include the installation, partition, and replication of NetWare 5. Fault tolerance, migration, and integration issues will be discussed. Also provides the information necessary to take Novell's Certified Network Administrator NetWare 5 Exam.
