A fascinating introduction to the dishes of Thailand, Vietnam and mainland China. Learn the proper technique of dumpling-making as it applies to summer rolls and egg rolls; and learn the basics of wok stir fry. Couples only - tuition rate is per person. This class meets at the Scheller-Woodman community Services kitchen. Materials Fee: $15, payable at registration, can be refunded up to 4 days before class start.
