This class may be the closest you get to warm, tropical breezes this winter. We will prepare tilapia with mango salsa, coconut shrimp, black beans with rice and fried plaintains. Materials fee: $20 payable to instructor. Partial demonstration/partial hands-on. Section COO 509-51 meets at Whitehall High School in room B-120.
