Learn the secrets of making both the yeast dough and the nut and apricot fillings. Since these goodies freeze so well, now is a perfect time to prepare them. The tuition includes a $8 materials fee which is only refundable up to 4 days before scheduled class start. This is a demonstration class held at Catasauqua High School.
