COO779 — Cooking Like Julia
This class is designed to teach the home chef basic French cooking techniques and cuisine. The course will focus on classic sauces, entrees and desserts, with the intention to provide the student with confidence in the kitchen and a repetoire of delicious meals to prepare at home. Please bring an apron, notebook and folder for handouts. Materials Fee: $50 - payable to instructor on first night of class.(This is a class for beginners in French cooking.)
