Learn how to make whole milk ricotta and paneer - both requiring little equipment and easy to make in a home kitchen. Instructor will provide raw milk and all other ingredients. Please bring containers to class to take home the cheeses. Materials fee: $15, payable at registration, can be refunded up to 4 days before class start. Hands-on class. This class meets at Catasauqua High School.
