Learn how to make mozzarella and cheddar cheese curds. This class will expose students to a more in-depth knowledge of the cheese making process using specialized techniques and equipment. These techniques can then be applied to some of the other harder cheeses such as manchego, parmesan and provolone. Instructor will provide raw milk and all other ingredients. Please bring containers to class to take home the cheeses. Materials fee: $20, payable at registration, can be refunded up to 4 days before class start. Hands-on class. This class mets at Catasauqua High School.
