Learn to make mimosas, sausage, ham, crustless quiche, fruit compote, and mini muffins as well as a beautiful, creative way to present them. You will experience the luxury of enjoying your brunch along with your guests. Materials fee: $8 payable to instructor. Partial hands-on/partial demonstration.
