Anastasia Economou, born in Volos, Greece, comes to L.C.C.C. directly from her standing-room only cooking classes in Saudi Arabia. Her encyclopedic knowledge of both the cuisine and culture, along with her charming manner, are sure to make these evenings truly an event! Over the course of two evenings, she will show you how to create a meal from soup to nuts using the freshest ingredients; and she will share with you her tried-and-true techniques to ensure a meal that will truly be an event for your lucky guests. Materials fee: $20-payable to instructor. Partial demonstration/partial hands-on class.
