Handling a knife properly will change your life in the kitchen. You will become masterful at dicing, slicing, chopping, chiffonade, mincing, and julienne. You will learn how to select the best knives for your needs as well as how to sharpen and care for them. a $5 material fee is included in tuition which is only refundable up to four days before the scheduled class start. This is a partial demonstration/partial hands-on class held at Main Campus, Schnecksville, PA.
