Ceviche is seafood cooked in citrus juice, not heat! Ceviche provides unique flavors and texture to seafood dishes. They make a great addition to your spring or summer get togethers. We will demonstrate fabulous ceviches using various seafood and flavor palettes that translate perfectly to home cooking. You will learn to make an outstanding mojito drink, as well.
