Spontaneous situations require quick action and the best way to prepare is by simulating situations and repeating the proper verbal and non-verbal responses until it becomes instinctive, until you can respond in a split second. The class will provide a safe enviroment for you to practice a "new" set of communication tools that help build rapport and responses that minimize or diffuse the emotional charge associated with emergency and difficult events.(7 hour program, includes refreshments)
