Our discussion will include the information regarding the EPCRA/CERCLA reporting requirements in the event of a release of an extremely hazardous substance ("EHS") and/or a hazardous chemical as defined by OSHA and the reporting requirements (i.e. Tier I and Tier II) for facilities that use, store, and/or produce an EHS and/or hazardous substance.
