EMS725 — Team Bldg and Informal Ldrshp
A group of relative strangers comes together for a common cause- whether assisting on a flood scene or searching for a lost child: how can these individuals quickly become an effective group? What elements are needed to assess the skills of each person and position them within the team to insure successful results? Who will lead and who will follow? This highly interactive workshop will assist "helping people" in moving beyond the power of one towards understanding their role within an effective team.
