Presenter: U.S. Enviromental Protection AgencyThis RMP course introduces the skills and information needed to meet, implement and use the EPA's new accidental release prevention and risk management programs regulation. It covers the following areas:-Regulation applicability using the regulated substances list, program level determination, and risk management plan development.-Risk management program regulations--including the proposed modifications.-Hazard analysis techniques using the EPA RMP Offsite Consequence Analysis Guidance-Release prevention and emergency response--including passive and active prevention techniques and emergency response intefrated contingency plans.This course is intended for federal, state and local enforcement personnel, government facilities personnel (i.e. water treatment plant employess, etc.), RMP users and local emergency management and response personnel.Location: LCCC, Schnecksville Campus, Rothrock Library/Alumni Center 107-108
