EMS738 — Effective Media Relations
The purpose of this course is to afford individuals an opportunity to become familiar with some of the "Dos" and "Don'ts" when suddenly confronted at the scene of an incident by members of the news media. By design, this course will assist you in developing an understanding of what to expect and to give recommendations on how to respond to questions prior to a Public Information Officer (PIO) arriving on the scene.
