EMS822 — RC-Kitchen Site Mgt/Simulation
The purpose of this course is to provide participants with skills and knowledge to perform the duties of a Kitchen Site Manager or Supervisor. The simulation will enable praticipants to practice roles, gain experience, and make decisions based on the content presented in the Kitchen Site Management Course.
