If you already have the technical background for jobs, improve your odds of getting hired with this on your resume. The goal of this course is to bring participants to the awareness that relationships with friends, family, and coworkers merit investments in time and energy required for disagreements to be resolved in a way that both participants feel like winners. This course also includes topics such as dealing with difficult people, developing skills, and fundamentals of problem-solving.
