FIN507 — Personal Law
This course deals mostly with issues concerning one's personal life: especially helpful for those entering adulthood. Several different areas of the law are covered during this course, which includes landlord tenant law, ramifications of driving under the influence, legal issues dealing with pregnancy and support, issues with financing and responsibilities concerning cars, insurance, and credit cards. Elderly issues will cover the benefits of having a living will, power of attorney, estate administration, and medicare planning.
