This course includes the legal reasons and benefits of having a living will, power of attorney, and guardianship and the legal ramifications if one dies without leaving a will. In addition, the course deals with estate administration, as well as the legal aspects and ramifications of medicare planning and the affect on one's financial status concerning medicare and other hospitalization needs.
