BIO 1130 — Foundations of Biology
This course is designed for students to develop post-secondary level comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles and processes of biology. It serves as a foundational course for students preparing for further studies in life sciences, health sciences, or related fields. Students should have an understanding of the general structure, function and organization of living things, the relationships between humans and their environments, and the flow of energy and materials within an ecosystem. Students registered in this course should have completed Science 10 or equivalent. Not available for supplemental. Not eligible for Prior Learning Assessment.
