Never before have consumers of media faced as many options and platforms for culture and information as they face now. Examines the widespread continued consumption of traditional forms of media (television, film, print), and charts how media consumption, creation and interaction have changed with the rise and evolution of new forms of online media and the even newer forms of social media. Teaches critical analysis of the motives and methods behind media creation and consumption to create more empowered consumers. Not available for supplemental.
