Intersectional analysis of gender in justice professionals and public safety clients across the justice process including crime and criminality. Study of historical and current global gender-related challenges, opportunities, and perspectives in the justice process and organizations. Examination of the relationships between organizational policy, leadership, culture, subculture, and gender.
