ARTG 242 — Digital Photography I with Photoshop
; Attributes: FA, HU, LA Students explore the fundamentals of the digital darkroom using industry-standard image-editing computer applications. Image capture, scanning, storage, image editing, adjustments for color and contrast, photo retouching, monitor calibration, and output options are introduced. Students scan conventional film or prints, use digital cameras, and import images from CDs. Students are not required to own a digital camera. Two lecture and two laboratory hours per week.
