Introduction to fundamentals of electricity, magnetism, and basic electronics. A working knowledge of circuits that make up the automobile and the component parts necessary for its operation. Emphasis placed on locating and interpreting specifications, electrical tests, and correct use of meters and test equipment. Lecture: 1 credit. Lab: 3 credits.
