LI200 — INTRODUCTION TO LITERATURE
Through the study of fiction, poetry, drama, and creative nonfiction, this class teaches students how to read and analyze literature and understand it as a means to connect people and cultures across time, space, and ideologies. This class lays important groundwork for higher-level literature classes, as well as strengthening general reading and writing skills. Students will write a minimum of 3,000 words including a research paper about an approved literary topic. 3 Credits Completion of EN 102 also recommended.
Prerequisites: EN101, EN102
