MN205 — SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
This course focuses on the development and application of decision models in supply chains with emphasis on demand forecasting, aggregate planning, inventory management (cycle and safety), supply network design, transportation, coordination, and sourcing. Industry standard tools and techniques will be utilized in building decision models for effective decision making in supply chains. The course also discusses security issues in supply chain networks. 4 Credits
