CAD 232 - Engineering Technology- CAD Initial Internship Course CAD 232 - Engineering Technology- CAD Initial Internship Course 2 Course Description: This is the first of a two-part internship course that provides students with the opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge they have developed in the classroom to a real-world experience. Students will work in a program-related paid internship position approved for their program for a minimum of 200 hours. The student will be evaluated by their internship supervisor and will require at least a satisfactory evaluation in order to receive credit for the internship. In addition to the working hour requirement, the student will participate in a series of workshops throughout the semester. At the end of the semester, the student will submit a written report on an approved topic that is associated with the internship. This course is designed to support students as they begin their learn and Earn experience. Department approval prior to enrollment. Course Student Learning
