ENG 119 - Shakespeare and Film ENG 119 - Shakespeare and Film 3 Course Description: This course introduces students to the works of William Shakespeare, by examining his plays and poetry. We will study both print and film versions of a selection of his plays in order to gain an appreciation of different interpretations and perspectives over the years. This course will focus on vital themes in his works dealing with race, religion, gender, and age.
