ENV 115 - Environmental Studies ENV 115 - Environmental Studies 3 Course Description: An interdisciplinary course in ecological/environmental education designed to develop an understanding and awareness of our environment, how the environment can change and the effects of such change. The course explores the role which humans play in causing environmental change and the underlying values and ethical judgments involved in making choices. Includes a study of the structure and function of ecosystems, thermodynamics, and an examination of selected environmental problems. ISLOs: This course supports student development of Critical Thinking, Quantitative Literacy, and Social Responsibility.
