ITC 101 - IT Support ITC 101 - IT Support 4 Course Description: This course provides the necessary skills to begin a career in an IT Support role. The course will cover elementary technical support skills, the basic concepts of networked devices, an overview of the Windows and Linux operating systems, the basic configuration and maintenance of an organization’s IT infrastructure, and some common IT security concepts, including tools and best practices. Students will gain experience through problem-based and practical learning as they progress through the topics. (4
