MLT 203 - Medical Microbiology Theory and Lab MLT 203 - Medical Microbiology Theory and Lab 4 (2 Lecture and 2 Laboratory) Course Description: This course provides the student with a foundation in medical microbiology. Microscopic organisms, including bacteria, protozoa, fungi, and parasites are discussed, with an emphasis on the role these organisms play in health and disease. Aseptic laboratory techniques, varied cultivation methods, and standard diagnostic procedures are included. Note(s): Open to Medical Laboratory Technology Degree students only.
