NUR 208 - Nursing Care of the Adult and Older Adult Practicum NUR 208 - Nursing Care of the Adult and Older Adult Practicum 5 Course Description: In this course the student will have opportunities to provide patient -centered collaborate care according to competencies in the NOFNCC LPN©, to comprehensive care of adult and older adults with acute or chronic/persistent health problems including mental health problems in more complex stable healthcare settings. Concurrent enrollment in or completion of PSY 124. This course needs to be taken concurrently with NUR 203 Preparing for Professional Practice, NUR 204 Preparing for Professional Practice Preceptorship, NUR 207 Nursing Care of the Adult and Older Adult, and NUR 162 PN Advanced Pharmacology and medication calculations. Students must achieve a grade of C or better in each course. Course Student Learning
