Using a sociological and cross-cultural perspective, this course will address trends such as the rising role of gyms and fitness institutions, the debates between fitness and wellness ideas, and the interactions of exercise and nutrition. The course will have an applied aspect where we use projects and challenges that will be useful for people looking to enter fitness and wellness jobs.
