SOC 154 - Criminology SOC 154 - Criminology 3 Course Description: This course analyzes causes of criminal behavior by focusing on the sociological, psychological and biological explanations of crime, as well as the victim/offender relationship using a theoretical approach. The course also focuses on the role of the Criminal Justice system in crime prevention through data analysis and critical analysis of systemic inequalities as a factor in crime rates.
