EDUC 2100 Introduction to the Foundations of Education 3 credits | Lecture Students will examine the historical, social, philosophical and political foundations of public school education. This course surveys the role of education in our pluralistic society and studies issues affecting education in American public schools. Thirty (30) hours of observation in the public school setting is required.
